What makes SA an attractive investment option? eNCA

President Cyril Ramaphosa has aimed to strengthen South Africa’s investment promotion drive by appointing additional special envoys on investment and establishing a dedicated Investment and Infrastructure office in the Presidency.

In an interview with Brand SA's research general manager, eNCA's Xoli Mngambi asked what about South Africa makes it an attractive investment option to foreign businesses?"If you look at European business -- 68 percent based in South Africa -- [they] use South Africa as a base for operations into the region.

"If you look at occupancy rates and if you look at the kind of services and infrastructure offered it is really a very strong proposition. Especially in a year, next year, when the continental free trade area is operationalised."
