The proportion of women on the management teams of listed Swedish companies rose to 23% this year, up 2% from a year ago

Women executive never means that they outperform every other firm

interesting, especially since its reporting from a socialists country. It's even more interesting when more egalitarian societies see a decrease in women in STEM (see link for study). This leads to me wondering what type of companies the report included.

That's not how statistics works.
