So Ms. Sandberg, please explain to me how I explain to my DAUGHTERS that unfortunately we cannot send them to their colleges of choice because daddy keeps getting passed over for advancement by women with less experience & education for some strange reason.

Yup! As a woman of “color” I feel it has a lot more to do with parental leave policies and cost discrepancies than we want to admit 🤷‍♀️. Maternity leave is expensive and frowned upon. We need to even the playing field somehow.

Return to the policies of the 1990s and promote women over men. Was not wise then not sure it would be wise now

You lost me at “one in twenty-five is a woman of color.” What’s the ratio for Asian, Mexican, Lesbians? This could go on and on. Just work on the female percent and forget the micro-ethnic segments.

Found very few women to be capable leaders. They didn't lead the industrial revolution. They didn't lead the Roman Civilization. They didn't lead the Technical inventions. Most women in Congress are less than charismatic. Hillary LOL. Pocahontas? So stop the whining.

With all this time and effort chasing the dragon of 'diversity', the only business to flourish will be the diversity business.
