However, achieving decentralization will require the right infrastructure but various “outdated” regulatory restrictions are becoming a hindrance.
Theoretically this is a good idea. But, the broadband infrastructure in the Philippines is not ready to accept an increased bandwidth demand. Investment on communication infrastructure and cheap power generation must be in place to realise online productivity.
