A man shared his concerns over new rules imposed by a company that bought the trailer park community he resides in. A representative from the company, however, said many of the claims did not apply to the man or were inaccurate."You get to enjoy the perks of homeownership without the burden of paying a property tax or having to maintain the land and utilities," the piece stated.
Cody also said residences must have a shingled roof, strict restrictions were placed on signs on properties and they cannot take their own trailer away with the company's permission.
