The problem isn't she said something that made these corporations take their money back ... the problem is they are financially investing in this (and other elections) in the first place. One dollar one vote.
I hope that corporate donors will use this experience to start vetting the candidates they ‘support’ before they give. Asking for a refund shows a lack of scrutiny and reflects poorly on the brand on both ends of the give.
