Tell the Federal Reserve to keep raising those interest rates. They make it harder for buyers to afford a house. I believe it's called the greed factor. It's never enough for banks. Interest rates have raised 7 times since President Trump's been in office. Banks cause inflation!
Keep raising those housing prices and see how much more they will fall. I laugh when I hear it's a buyer's Market and I can get you more than what it's worth. The moral of the story is let's bone the Buyers.
