We have seen how dirty our city is and we have seen how dirty our roads are."She has called the city's state an embarrassment to the business community who have to host tourism events. "We cannot be driving on the freeway or on the roads where there is litter everywhere. Nothing is maintained in terms of the grass.

"When you drive on the M4, you see how dirty the M4 is and we would like to ensure that our province comes back to the previous glorious state it had of ensuring that there is proper cleanliness."
