Abubakar noted that she was soaked in other engagements only to check her phone later at night to see several calls and text messages from the customer. He said, “”The communication gap between the business owners and customers is frustrating. Business operators don’t communicate openly with customers; if a customer’s order will be delivered by 5 pm, don’t tell him or her that it will arrive by 2 pm.’’
