Did they say anything about moronic regulations which suck working capital out of the industry and enhance the probability that old wells will not be properly abandoned and rehabilitated? Thanks for sleeping through the case, SCC. Well done. cdnpoli

'Financial analysts said the ruling would likely make banks more hesitant to lend money to oil and gas companies with large environmental remediation liabilities.' Sounds like a very poor lending practice anyway.

How about those “rules” that allow them to walk away from paying their pension obligations
