Canadian pot company Tilray to acquire 8 beer and beverage brands from AB InBevCanadian cannabis producer Tilray Brands Inc. has announced its agreement to purchase eight beer and drink brands from Anheuser-Busch InBev, including Shock Top, Redhook Brewery, and Widmer Brothers Brewing.
