I don't do fundamentals, but do people feel good about beating street estimates if they are always so low. Not hard when you set the earnings bar so low that a toddler could jump over it. Cisco uses share buybacks to manipulate and financially engineer the earnings to hit consensus, but miss on revenue that had a low consensus to begin with and the stock rallies.
