Tan says there are several reasons for the popularity in demand for data centres in Johor.
THE real estate market is seeing steady growth in demand for data centres, with keen interest from both local and foreign investors. Just last week, Investment, Trade and Industry Minister Tengku Datuk Seri Zafrul Abdul Aziz said Malaysia has received RM76bil worth of investments involving data centres from 2021 until March this year.
