CORNER BROOK — The lawyer representing a Grand Falls-Windsor company and one of its supervisors on violations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act said they may be close to a resolution on the matter.

Bluebird Investments Ltd. and company supervisor Richard Hoddinott were charged in November 2022 following an investigation into a workplace accident at a job site in Corner Brook in December 2020. An employee with the company sustained serious injuries from a fall at a construction site.
