The Wine Opener, launched by mother-daughter duo Mary and Sophie Leahy in 2021, is here to meet all your wine o’clock needs! Due to Mary’s arthritis, she constantly needed Sophie’s help to open a bottle of wine. Tired of battling corkscrews, this spurred the pair to search for a solution.
The pair went on to create other essential accessories so you can enjoy your bottle of wine with utmost ease. There’s the Pop Stop, designed to be popped back onto a bottle of prosecco, champagne, cava or sparkling wine to make bubbles last for five days. The Dribbler is designed to avoid spills, particularly with red wine, to not only save the liquid itself but also avoid staining clothes or fabrics.
There is also the This Might Be Wine quencher which can hold 1.2L of liquid. It keeps beverages warm, cold or iced for up to 18 hours. Both cups are vacuum insulated and BPA free.
