The world’s leading producer of phosphate fertilisers, the Moroccan group headed by Mostafa Terrab, is continuing to diversify, and is currently working on a number of projects that are both ambitious and strategic for the kingdom.

OCP is not feeling the crisis. Far from it. The global phosphates giant may have seen its sales fall by 20.3% in 2023, from 114.6 to 91.3bn dirhams , but 2022 was a record year for a group that has benefited fully from the reduction in Chinese exports and the sanctions against Russia.
