Nottingham vape shop workers fear recently announced government changes will result in the black market growing "100 fold". A ban on disposable devices was confirmed in January, with a new tax on vaping products being announced as part of the Budget last month.

"People will ring up and say they saw someone selling to underage or the vapes are too big. She said small offences resulted in warning letters, with more serious offenders being interviewed under caution.
