Companies can conduct simulations or test changes to processes, systems and resources on the digital twin, to optimize for goals like cost, capacity or customer experiences, without having to spend lots of money implementing them and potentially finding out they don’t work. In the design phase, AI-powered predictive models can forecast future scenarios, enabling companies to anticipate challenges and make informed decisions. AI-driven simulations and natural language processing help DTOs evaluate strategies, analyze market trends and extract insights from unstructured data.
