Bannix Acquisition Corp. Receives NASDAQ Notification of

WILMINGTON, Del., May 28, 2024 — Bannix Acquisition Corp.

In accordance with Nasdaq letter dated April 24, 2024, the Company has until June 24, 2024 to submit a plan to regain compliance with respect to these delinquent reports. The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-K and the Form 10-Q. If the Company is unable to file the Form 10-K and the Form 10-Q by June 24, 2024, it intends to file a plan to regain compliance with NASDAQ. This notification has no immediate effect on the listing of the Company’s securities on NASDAQ.
