As Mark Mayambela prepares to lead Chippa United against Kaizer Chiefs in the Nedbank Cup semifinals on Saturday, his brother Mihlali, hope’s that Mark and Chippa can go on and win the tournament.

The 22-year-old, who is playing in Portugal for SC Farense, feels that Chippa could surprise many and go on and win the trophy if they play to their full potential. He says his brother has been working very hard at his football, Mark and Chippa deserve to be where they in the competition. Mihlali says that he is his older brother’s biggest fan and he feels that he will play a big role if Chippa are to beat Chiefs at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium.

About his own career, Mayambela says it has been a great learning experience at Farense in Portugal, and it has helped that the club’s president Antonio Correia has South African roots.
