An award-winning deli-business in Renfrew has gone up for sale after closing last month.Being offered for sale is the established business with all fixtures and fittings, however, the property itself is not available for sale and is currently rented at a cost of £650 per calendar month.
On April 19 its owners announced its closure with a message on social media, which said: “Thank you to all the loyal customers over the few years. We are now closed sadly.” Last month, a more recent post by the owners stated: “Hi all. Update: Our business is now on the market for sale. Watch this space for new owners.”
