HANOI : A man in southern Tay Ninh Province was arrested to be investigated for tricking two women into going to Cambodia before selling them to a scam company for $300 per person.
On June 18, the police caught Long and a motorbike taxi driver transporting two women, aged 18 and 28, to Cambodia on lesser-known paths.
