American Express — Shares fell nearly 2% after the financial company reported second-quarter revenue of $16.

Arm Holdings — The chipmaker gained nearly 3% on the back of an upgrade at Morgan Stanley to overweight from equal weight. The bank said Arm's products are fundamental to the successful emergence of edge artificial intelligence. Shares have already doubled this year.
