A few sectors Powers is looking at are consumer staples, healthcare, and utilities. In consumer staples, Powers notes Mondelez International , adding"right now, you'd lock in a once in a decade high in their dividend yield." In healthcare, Powers points out Eli Lilly and Company , however, was dismissive.Howmet and FTAI are near their all time highs as investors rotate out of tech stocks. The defense stocks hold strong technical ratings.
