Freelance reporter and late editorowners who have introduced four-day weeks say the move has transformed their firms for the better.under plans to increase flexible working.

Digital marketing agency Evolved, introduced four-day weeks in 2021, and its staff now work 32 hours a week over four days.Founder David Watts said the change has made staff more productive and happier. He said what had been key to making the new working hours work was staff ensuring they did not take time off during busy periods when they had to do lots of work for clients.
