A hit-and-run driver who ran over a man's leg right in front of Pike Place Market remains unidentified.Surveillance video shows a dark green Dodge Neon hit a man at the intersection of 1st Avenue and Pike Street on November 1, 2024.The driver briefly stops, and another pedestrian yells at him. Then, the driver allegedly yells back at the pedestrian in Spanish, gets in his car, and drives off.The victim looks down at his foot in shock, as he suffered severe leg injuries in the incident.
