People Centred Excellence was already an accredited provider of training courses through the Lean Competency System , developed by Cardiff University’s Lean Enterprise Research Centre . The LCS is a qualification framework that helps organisations and their people to grow their knowledge and perform better.
Graham Canning, Founding Partner of People Centred Excellence, said: “We’re thrilled our business has secured dual accreditation for Lean Competency and Kata Competency. People Centred Excellence was founded in 2019 by Graham and his fellow founding partner, Stuart Mitton.
