Kyle Larson, co-founder of High Limit Racing, discusses the possibility of merging with the World of Outlaws, highlighting its potential to revolutionize sprint car racing.

Kyle Larson is at the center of discussions surrounding the possible merger between High Limit Racing and the World of Outlaws. The future of sprint car racing could be transformed hugely as they consider the potential to join forces. High Limit Racing, co-founded by Larson alongside Brad Sweet, was launched with the intention of revolutionizing the sport.

This year, they took the series on a national tour, making sure not to step on the World of Outlaws' toes by avoiding direct competition in similar markets. With the first season deemed successful and warmly received, the prospect of merging these two racing entities has become a possibility. Kyle Larson discussed the prospects of High Limit Racing merging with the World of Outlaws. He said: 'I think that's a thought probably – it's at least a topic that we've talked about as something that could potentially happen down the road, and I'm sure even World Racing Group has probably had that run through their minds as well,' adding, 'I don't think we're to that point yet but hopefully, whatever happens, will be for the betterment of the sport.' High Limit Racing has grown rapidly since its inception, partly thanks to its media partnership with FloRacing, which broadcasts its races and ensures growing visibility and a steady revenue stream. Meanwhile, High Limit's presence and success have pushed the World of Outlaws to improve, resulting in greater purse sizes and the formation of a professional safety crew to keep pace with the rapidly growing High Limit model. A standout among the emerging talents is Corey Day, a teenager who took the High Limit circuit by storm in 2024. This young prodigy won more races than anyone else in the series and has ventured into ARCA and NASCAR, backed by HendrickCars.com. Larson sees great potential in Day, recognizing that his achievements have surpassed what Larson achieved at the same age
