CONCORD — A 27-year-old man has been charged with possessing four guns and 55 pounds of marijuana at an illegal drug business allegedly being run out of a local apartment.
It all stems from a Nov. 11 traffic stop, where Concord police pulled over the man and observed evidence he’d been smoking marijuana while driving. Inside the car were five pounds of marijuana, dozens of suspected painkiller pills and two pistols, police said. The man reportedly denied living there, but an apartment manager identified him as a tenant and police found his rental agreement, authorities said.
