(C:MOLT; FSE:Y44) will settle $159,400 in debt owed to consultants by issuing 419,474 common shares at $0.38 per share. This move aims to preserve cash for working capital and strengthen the company's financial position.

”) announces that it intends to settle outstanding indebtedness in the amount of $159,400 owed to certain creditors in exchange for the issuance of 419,474 common shares of the Company at a deemed price of $0.38 per share.

The Company intends to complete the debt settlement to preserve the Company's cash for working capital and improve its financial position by reducing its existing liabilities. The debt is owed by the Company to consultants of the Company.
