The Constitutional Court on Wednesday dismissed an application for leave to appeal a High Court ruling compelling the President to give reasons for hiring

and firing Ministers.It follows a 2017 High Court ruling, compelling the then President Jacob Zuma to give reasons for his controversial midnight reshuffle.
