Indian IT and outsourcing company Infosys Ltd.
said Thursday that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has launched an investigation into allegations made in whistleblower complaints that accused senior executives of unethical practices. In a regulatory filing, the company said it will cooperate with the SEC's probe. The Indian regulator, Securities and Exchange Board of India, or SEBI, has also requested information from the company regarding the complaints, which were made anonymously, the company said.
The whole company is a scummy scam.
