Before demanding anything, they must get their act together. Also, corruption is an issue and there's no guarantee that the said resources will be properly applied.
Annually? And have they also backed a plan on how they’ll pay interest on that financing (and, gulp, repay the principal)?
Wow, poor countries support receiving free money? This is almost as surprising as Congress voting to give themselves a raise 🤔
