In an interview with the media outlet, Heecheol shared,"

It was a good opportunity so I have been working as a manager for about a year. It was hard at first but I am learning diligently." Meanwhile, Heecheol debuted in 2010 as a member of ZE:A, a 9-member boy group. After being discharged from the military in 2019, he seems to have made a fresh start as CEO of a growing management company.
