News comes from commercial leasing agents TWM and JLl that leasing activity continues at Swords Business Campus, where the HSE has expanded its footprint in Unit 2 by leasing a new office of about 335 square metres for a community healthcare network.
This letting follows the HSE opening a 929 square metre central remedial clinic in Swords Business Campus in 2021. The HSE already occupies all of Unit 8, which is about 2,230 square metres.
