The Film Development Council of the Philippines recognized Vilma Santos, Dolly de Leon, and more film industry talents at the organization's "Parangal ng Sining" event.
Vilma received the Lifetime Achievement Award, along with Regal Films producer Mother Lily Monteverde, filmmaker and film historian Nick Deocampo, and Cinemalaya.
