According to the initial report of the Bureau of Fire Protection , the blaze was declared first alarm at 10:43 p.m. and was raised to second alarm at 10:48 p.m.The fire took more than three hours before it was put under control at 3:46 a.m. on Saturday, April 29.Authorities advise the public to avoid the area until firefighting operations conclude.
