Stock market today: US futures point higher after S&P 500's 3-day losing streak

US stock futures pointed to a rebound Wednesday morning after several days of red closings, an unusual occurrence in the market's bullish start to 2024. Futures tied to the S&P 500 , the blue-chip Dow Jones Industrial Average dipped, and the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite all gained about 0.4% before the open.
