The party’s National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Debo Ologunagba, was emphatic that the PDP was satisfied with the increasing influx of old and new members into its fold.
He said the party expected other old members to return but not the party’s merger with another party or parties.The party’s presidential candidate in last year’s general election, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has been in talks with some opposition figures although he has not confirmed doing so on behalf of the PDP.
