FG committed to protecting capital market investment — Finance Minister

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu ; Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu; Senator Tokunbo Abiru; Senator Wasiu Eleshilokun and Minister of Finance and Economic Development, Mr Wale Edun during the President’s arrival at Presidential Wing of Muritala Mohammed International Airport for the official state visit to Lagos for the commissioning of projects…yesterday.

The minister noted the critical role of the capital market in the mobilisation of resources for social infrastructure and economic development, positing the commitment of the present administration to strengthen investors’ confidence. Chairman of the Investments and Securities Tribunal , Amos Azi, explained that the establishment of the tribunal was intended to fast-track dispute resolution between investors, regulators, and stock players.
