Freelance reporter and late editorowners who have introduced four-day weeks say the move has transformed their firms for the better.under plans to increase flexible working.

Digital marketing agency Evolved, introduced four-day weeks in 2021, and its staff now work 32 hours a week over four days.Founder David Watts said the change has made staff more productive and happier.
