Two area services awarded Alabama Small Business of the Year honors

Wiregrass Wealth Management and Personnel Resources were named as 2024 Alabama Small Business of the Year Gold and Bronze award winners, respectively, by the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama and Business Council of Alabama.

Founded in 2009 by John Ruddock and Adam Thomas, Wiregrass Wealth Management has built its reputation by offering a personalized approach to financial planning and investment management. With over 15 years of experience in the investment industry, Ruddock and Thomas established the firm to counter the depersonalization they observed in the financial services industry, prioritizing strong relationships and individualized financial strategies.

Personnel Resources won the 2024 Alabama Small Business of the Year Bronze award in the category 11-50 Employees. “Our team works so hard and this accomplishment is something we plan to celebrate together,” said Mary Beth Meadows, Senior Executive Vice President of Personnel Resources.
