Following a post-holiday dream, Irish-born Niall O’Toole and his wife Paari, now run a wine and holiday business in Tuscany. The couple, originally from Dubai and Cork, respectively, met and worked as corporate lawyers before deciding to pursue their dream in Montepulciano. Their journey began with a belated honeymoon in 2017, which sparked a desire to settle in the picturesque region.

Over three years, they visited numerous properties to find the perfect spot, ultimately choosing a location that aligns with their vision of producing wine and offering agritourism services
