Cult US dessert brand, Insomnia Cookies, is coming to Nottingham. The company, which delivers until 3am, will have an indulgent menu of warm cookies from chocolate CHUNK to Reese's Peanut Butter and Biscoff.
Seasonal specials, including the fan favourite Red Velvet Cookie for Valentine’s Day will be served alongside the famous cookie’wich, cookie shakes, ice cream, and a host of other sweet treats. As part of its UK expansion, Insomnia Cookies will open towards the end of the summer in 2025 in an empty unit in Angel Row, previously occupied by Game. The new site will be open until 3am on selected days.
Insomnia Cookies delivery drivers will drop off the freshly baked, warm goods to the door - with the option of building a customised box filled with favourite flavours. Founded in 2003, Insomnia Cookies is the brainchild of founder Seth Berkowitz, who dreamt up the idea while he was a college student looking for late-night snacks. Now with more than 300 bakeries across North America, the company is expanding rapidly across the UK.
Millie Ralston, senior marketing manager at Insomnia Cookies, said: "We are counting down the days until we open our doors in Nottingham. Since we landed in the UK our cookies have grown to match the US fandom and now we’re delighted to bring delicious, warm cookies hand-delivered to more doorsteps all day and late into the night.”
To celebrate the launch of the new Nottingham store, Insomnia Cookies are offering a free warm deluxe cookie to anyone who signs up to their rewards programme between now and grand opening.
