Speaking to reporters on Thursday after an address on Australian Public Service reform at the National Press Club, Ms Gallagher said the race would be a “marginal seat contest”. “And I think, personally ... David Pocock will be elected first, and then I think it's a race between Labor for the second seat. I think that's how it will play out.”
