Uber has expanded public transit options to Las Vegas

Through a partnership with Masabi, Uber customers can buy train and bus tickets as well as see real-time schedules in the app.

Uber customers in Las Vegas now have the option to purchase bus tickets inside the app, the ride-hailing giant announced Monday., and is a partnership with the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada . After entering a destination, Uber will show riders a transit option — including route planning and real-time scheduling — in addition to the usual Uber X, XL and other car rides. If selected, riders can then buy tickets directly in the Uber app for the same cost as purchasing them anywhere else.
