An email allegedly sent out by a landlord in Indianapolis told tenants they still need to pay rent for face 'aggressive' action.

A Twitter user posted the screenshot from her friend's Instagram story writing that the Indianapolis based landlord sent out the email to tenants. The email targets tenants that may work in the service industry who have been struggling to find work as restaurants close or are forced to only offer take out services during the virus.

The email then goes on to list alternative methods of gathering the funds to make rent payments, if the tenants do not have money set aside."If you don't have retirement funds, you need to borrow money from your parents and relatives. If you don't have parents or relatives, you need to sell your car," the message said."You should pay your rent before you pay your car payment, your utilities, your cell phone, or even food.

RealDLHughley What a guy.Karma is for real and always on the horizon.

Once you vacate the apartment, I would get cement and pour it in all the toilets. Let the landlords deal with that mess. It will be a long while before they rent place out.

This is why I encourage homeownership. You don’t deal with this BS!!! I would encourage the tenants once we get through this pandemic it’s time to vacate the premises. Fuck the landlord!!!

As*hole.

Then everyone's going to file for bankruptcy. You can't squeeze blood from that rock.

Greedy bastard.

The landlords name is Justin Leverton from Kroger, Gardis and Regas law firm. Indiana.

THIS is the problem - and the banks that charge interest on the loans.
