National Amusements president Shari Redstone reportedly asked about sexual misconduct allegations against Les Moonves months before they were published. Now that Moonves is out, Redstone reportedly said she won't pursue a CBS-Viacom merger 'for at least two years.'

 

The entire $CBS Board should be replaced. This action alone (in my opinion) depicts why Moonves should not receive one penny in severance comp.
