Flower growers in the highlands say sales picked up some last week due to festive celebrations but are expected to drop again. FMTNews Covid19 MCO

Flower sales in Cameron Highlands have been dropping due to the movement control order to curb the spread of Covid-19.

But he said this was because of religious and cultural festivities such as Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Songkran and the Tamil new year. But in general, he doubts they will be able to maintain even 20% of their regular sales as the MCO has been further extended to April 28.
