It would have been easier to say: life is risky... this is why pilots learn for so long to be able to make responsible decisions if in the given circumstances it is safe to fly or not... blaming children for this is one of the most disguasting thing ive ever heard.

Why did they fly anyway? Oh well, nobody can change destiny.

Gianna was a minor and not in any position to make decisions. This is irresponsible.

What kind of nonsense is this so like the daughter also knew the risks uha👊👊👊

According to insiders, Kobe and his daughter were singing ridiculous children’s songs usually reserved for the backseat of a Pontiac station wagon in the 70s. The pilots were having interference due to the pitch, and things escalated.

Like your pilot flying into the ground.

It’s called an affirmative defense. The company is rightfully asserting all of the defenses in its arsenal which it will have to prove (likely unsuccessfully). It’s not victim blaming. It’s basically saying the victim was at fault too (similar to contributory negligence).

What do they want from it? It was an accident, pilot error. The company didn't ask the pilot to be careless. Sometimes an accident is an accident. Why is she suing the company when she already has all that money. Pointless

He was murdered. Everyone knows it. He was involved in a lawsuit against big pharma & he was integrated within the sick bastards of pedogate

Kobe Bryant was an inspiration to many of us. Please understand this is a process. The helicopter company is being sued and they have a right to a reasonable defense. Let's see how this plays out. Nobody will ultimately win.

Heli company: guys you know the helicopter can crash any day right? Kobe & Gianna: Affirmative.

Safety is no more the key instead risk involved.

How someone can dare to commit suicide ....!!!!

Is this the 'gravity' defense..? Kinda like the 'Twinkie' defense..Dan White ..Milk/Moscone murders..

If this argument stands, forget about safe flying
